In Good Conscience truly does what it says on the bottle: “Universally Essential. Culturally Sustainable.” The visual brand concept had to have the heart of giving back as well as the naturally derived ingredient story. This led to a colour palette that was earthen but bold. Starting with the logo and then moving onto the packaging system, the brand took shape with an iconography system that helped tell the benefits and origins of the story as well as a set which helped define the brand scent pillars. After the packaging system was complete, the next stage was a brilliant ecommerce website which I designed and then passed along to a coder to work their behind-the-scenes magic for Shopify. Print marketing and social media templates rounded out this design system, all of which kept the natural ethos of the brand.
